Just a little about myself. I grew up with my own health struggles- sports injuries, skin concerns, gut issues, and anxiety. After being brushed off by numerous health care specialists, undergoing inconclusive lab workups and prescribed harsh medications, I found myself doing my own research on healing naturally. Along the way, I came across naturopathic medicine which supported my physical, mental and spiritual health. Discovering herbal medicine, nutrients and energetic work completely rebalanced me and brought confidence back into my life.

My experience working as an EMT and working in hospitals, I found huge gaps in Western Medicine that didn’t address nutrition, stress, mental-emotional well-being and day-to-day environmental exposures/toxins. Symptoms were being suppressed by band-aids (medications or surgeries) and I witnessed symptoms kept coming back. As a Naturopathic Medical Doctor, my goal is to find the root cause of disease and prevent symptoms from recurring.

It is important for me to stay connected to my community by sharing any knowledge and resources I can provide to empower people in their own health. Along with managing my own practice, I work alongside world health leaders in cutting-edge stem cell research.
